To create your Festival record and blog on fest21.com: 1- Create your account on Fest21.com, this will create your own blog 2- Create your Festival record as described bellow. 3- Publish information, news, images, film stils, video trailer...
Information to create your Festival Record: Required fields are Title, Theme, Name, Adress, City, Zip Code.
1. Describe your festival Choose a title, complete fields as shown (festival presentation, festival nickname if you have one, edition, festival logo and theme).To select multiple theme, press Ctrl Key and select your themes.
2. Festival information It's important to fill the fields "Next Festival Dates" and "Does the festival have a competition" to be fund by filmakers. Price info can be for pass, for one day, for one film, etc.
3. Festival Submission
If you want to use the free submission tool for festival organizers "FestivalEpress", you just have to check "yes" to the field "Submission accepted on Fest21.com" (see below), and you should too fill the field film submission fee and film submission amount.
4. Festival Contact Fill the fields with names and email of festival director, festival programmer, festival press contact, festival commercial contact and Webmaster (only email for webmaster). 5. Festival Ecommerce Fill this fields if you sell online tickets, pass, DVD, T-Shirt.
6. Festival Organization You have to fill fields Name, Adress, City, Zip Code and Country.
Once done, search for filmmakers, make friends with other festival organizers, filmmakers... Check the 10 good reasons to open a blog on fest21.com.

11.Marmara University Int. Short Film Competition

Applications to the 11. Marmara University Faculty of Communication, International Short Film Competition which
was being held in the national level over a decade will be realized in
the international level this year for the first time.
Just as last year, 11. Marmara University Faculty of Communication, International Short Film Competition will be held
in the memory of Dr. Bilal Çetinkaya who has passed away and through
whose contributions we were able to get to this point.
The fictional films entering the 11. Marmara Üniversity Faculty of Communication, International Short Film Competition will be judged in five categories being “Best Film”, “Best Actor/Actress”, “Best Screenplay”, “Best Photography” and “Best Original Music”
As it was last year, “Best Istanbul Documentary” prize will be given under the scope of “2010 Istanbul, Cultural Capitol of Europe” program.
In order to include the students and audience in the competition, the
films which have been preselected will be shown for one week at the
Marmara University Faculty of Communications. In this context the
audience will be asked to vote the films which have been shown and “Audience Prize” will be given to the film which has got the maximum votes.
